On July 28th, 1995, House of India was established by husband and wife team Geri Rodrigues and Ashok Uppal. At the time, few would have dared to imagine the success in store for this soon-to-be-culinary landmark. Over the following two decades, House of India has been recognized for its commitment to traditional Indian cuisine and an enduring emphasis on culture and service. Located on the outskirts of Hamilton, the restaurant attracts both locals and visitors and next year, 2025, will be celebrating its duly earned 30th anniversary!

Due to being such a multicultural little island, the people of Bermuda have eclectic taste in cuisine and are always looking to try different dishes from all around the world.
